The Platform is owned by somnath debgharia, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at bankura, Nabajibanpur, West Bengal, 722144 , Bankura ,India (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform Owner', 'we', 'us', 'our').

Cancellations
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 7 days after placing the order.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the same at its own end.
Refunds
In case of any refunds approved by somnath debgharia, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
