• Under the GPL, software users have the legal freedom to run, modify, redistribute, and examine the code.
• You are free to use the downloaded software on client or personal websites in accordance with the terms of the GNU General Public License.
• Hosticky does not sell the copyright to open-source software; we provide premium distribution, verified malware-free packages, technical packaging, and access to our private cloud update API.

3. License Keys & Automatic Update Service

When you purchase a plugin or theme subscription from Hosticky, you receive:

• Included Support: We assist with license key generation, key activation issues, download access, and connection to Hosticky's update servers.
• Excluded Support: We do not provide bespoke theme/plugin customization, WordPress website debugging, CSS adjustments, server-level PHP troubleshooting, or direct original author vendor support. If your project requires 1-on-1 developer support or original vendor tickets, we recommend purchasing a direct developer license from the original software creator.

7. User Responsibilities & Data Backups

Before installing or updating any plugin or theme, you must maintain complete backups of your WordPress files and database. Hosticky shall not be held liable for any data loss, site downtime, theme conflicts, or server incompatibilities arising from plugin updates or installations.
