Hosticky (operated by LITELINK CONSULTANCY LLP) provides high-performance web hosting, cloud virtual servers (VPS), RDP servers, domain registrations, software scripts, and digital downloads. All services and digital software items require immediate server resource allocation or electronic delivery upon invoice settlement.
1.1 Immediate Execution & Waiver of Right of Withdrawal: By checking the agreement and proceeding with your payment, you explicitly request and consent to immediate service provisioning and electronic delivery. You unequivocally acknowledge that once service activation or digital download access has commenced, any statutory right of cancellation, withdrawal, or cooling-off period is entirely forfeited.
1.2 No Cash, Bank, or Card Refunds: Under no circumstances do we issue refunds back to your original payment method (including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, or PayPal). If an exceptional refund request is approved by our billing department (such as under our 30-day first-time shared hosting guarantee), it is processed strictly and exclusively as Hosticky Wallet Credit for future services.
1.3 Strictly Non-Refundable Products: The following items are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances once provisioned:
1.4 Prohibition of Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized payment dispute, bank reversal, or chargeback without prior written support ticket resolution constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In such cases, Hosticky and LITELINK CONSULTANCY LLP reserve the legal right to immediately terminate all associated services, suspend accounts, and provide full digital audit logs (including verified IP and timestamp) to banking and fraud authorities.

Software items, plugins, scripts, and themes distributed on Hosticky are redistributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPLv2/v3).
2.1 "AS-IS" Disclaimer: All GPL software files are provided strictly "AS-IS", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or security.
2.2 No Developer License Keys or Author Support: Purchases do not include developer commercial license keys, automatic proprietary author updates, or direct vendor support from original software authors. Files are authentic, unmodified GPL distributions suitable for personal, testing, and commercial web development under GPL licensing terms.
